San Francisco is in a housing crisis, and we need to build more housing at all levels to get out of it. The city needs to expedite the creation of affordable housing, and make it easier to build (and harder to block).
Door knocking has been proven to be one of the most effective tactics in local elections, so join us to help spread the YIMBY message and get Trevor Chandler elected to the SFBOS!
What you can expect:
- Meet Trevor and other volunteers for an easy orientation and Q&A
- Use the MiniVAN app to canvass your turf (< 2 hours)
- If there is no answer (often), leave an informational flyer on the door
- When someone does answer (yay!), share your personal reason for knocking doors and ask if the voter knows who they will support for D9 Supervisor -- easy conversations!
Attendees will be notified about the specific meeting location in Bernal Heights the week before the shift!
